Ean has a Bachelor of Science, post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources and Financial Management, and an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at the University of Western Australia. His qualifications have driven a career of over 20 years in finance, investment, and asset management experience across the Asia-Pacific region.

Ean has developed advanced skills whilst at Macquarie Capital in M&A, deal structuring, valuation, capital raisings, asset management, and business operations.

Whilst based in Hong Kong Ean was worked at Macquarie Capital and then as an Investment Director for a leading regional private equity fund.  Since returning to Australia Ean and has focused on the cannabis industry regionally, and has been involved in several private and public companies in leadership positions and Director roles.
