Formed in 2019, Medicinal Cannabis Industry Australia (MCIA) is the peak industry organisation for Australia’s licensed medicinal cannabis industry, with a focus on building an industry that enhances wellbeing through facilitating access to quality Australian medicinal cannabis products for Australian and global patients.
With the increased interest at state and federal Government,industry sectors, investment and manufacturing MCIA has launched an industry led Australian medicinal cannabis conference, ACannabis, this event will beheld in Melbourne on 3 and 4 March 2020.
The event will draw together policy makers, government, global leaders,healthcare professionals, cultivators, manufacturers, business, biotech, agtech,medtech, patients and industry participants to share knowledge, exchange ideas and showcase leading edge industry technologies and opportunities and investment.

- What are the patient and doctor opportunities, how can we better understand the barriers to the use of medicinal cannabis and what are the ways to build confidence in this exciting new medicine

- What is the current research activity and clinical trials occurring with medicinal cannabis? - hear from leaders about the challenges and opportunities of this emerging industry.
